Who doesn’t love to draw? I know do and always have ever since I was young. Some of my earliest memories are of coloring with my mom at our coffee table (this is something I am trying to share with my children now). In the many years since I have progressed to drawing my favorite characters; usually, Disney or Looney Tunes, and art was always one of my favorite classes.
It got away from me for a while and currently, I am in the process of rediscovering my art and style in new ways, but I thought I would start sharing more on my website about my process and how things are progressing.
My blog posts will mostly be musings and information about my process. When it is appropriate I will be posting more of the art that ties into the final pieces of work that are available to view in my portfolio. I want to share with people how I work and what works for me, maybe some tips will be useful for you as well. Don’t be discouraged if they aren’t because everyone’s process is different and you need to do you at all times. I usually work off my iPad these days and rarely pull out paper and pencil anymore and where appropriate I make time-lapses of my work which are usually available on my Instagram.
I sell some of my work and there are many different websites I use for that. I can always use good suggestions to that end as well if you have any. And feel free to reach out to me with anything it is always nice to hear from a friendly voice. I look forward to hearing from all of you lovely artists and thank you for coming to my little corner of the internet.
