mRNA Infographic

Hello, creatives and fellow designers! Today I want to share a meaningful project that I hope will make a difference. The goal of this graphic is meant to combat some of the misinformation surrounding the mRNA vaccines and to add more context into what is actually happening so that people are informed about how the vaccine works and are less hesitant to receive their shots.

I was connected with the person who wanted to create this graphic through the Jottful Community and was very honored to be chosen to help with such an important illustration. When we started my client presented me with a notebook sketch of what they wanted the graphic to look like and my job was to translate it into a relatable and cohesive infographic that would help to dispel some misinformation floating around the internet. The goal being that if it were to go viral that maybe some people who were hesitant about mRNA vaccines might feel more at ease about getting vaccinated. There is a scientist who reviewed all of this who knows and understands this better than me 😂. They verified that I did not incorrectly state or explain anything; if you do choose to share the graphic.

Element Illustrations

These are the initial graphics that I built to go along with the full illustration. The idea was that if I made up most of the pieces, it would be faster to adjust the final graphic.

Final Infographic

I built three different graphics for the social media outlets; however, this is my favorite. The graphic is very similar to the notebook sketch initially presented to me by the client, and it is a layout I felt flowed well.

The primary goal of this graphic is to share with as many people as possible, so please feel free to grab a copy and share it widely.

As always, thank you for taking the time to read 💙. Till next time, Happy Designing ❤️!
